What’s new with PRECISION 3+ PRO?

In addition to offering all the same features at the single-sided version, the PRECISION 3+ PRO will allow you to view advanced metrics like left/right balance, pedal smoothness, torque effectiveness, and thereby providing you with the most accurate power numbers for training and racing. The decrease in expected battery life from 800-hrs (single-sided power) to 500-hrs with the dual-sided PRECISION 3+ PRO is simply a reflection of the added functions required by the paired power meters.

What’s new with PRECISION 3+?

If you currently have a PRECISION 3 Powermeter (without Find My), you are required to include it with your drive-side crank for installation. Your current pod needs to be upgraded to PRECISION 3+ to ensure compatibility with the drive-side power meter.

How do I activate the Find My feature?

You can activate the Apple Find My feature on the PRECISION 3+ PRO Powermeter by performing a battery in out 3 times to enter into Find My pairing mode then continue through the Apple Find My App. For full instructions please view the full manual.

Which cranks are compatible with PRECISION 3+ PRO?

Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100 and Shimano Dura-Ace FC-R9200 will be the first two crankset models to offer PRECISION 3+ PRO, with more crank models being released in the months following. The 4iiii website will be updated with crank models as they become available.
